THE WAX BEE

and partnering affiliates are all human beings first, employees second.

It is only through speaking to one another with respect and kindness, and by assuming the best within each other, that We may build up this good foundation, together, as a community.

We understand most people are doing their best, and not everyone is able to express their emotions openly or freely. THE WAX BEE is intended to be a safe space, where even exploring the first steps to open-communication are highly encouraged.

It’s OK if it isn’t perfect!

We are not here to judge, but support each individual on their journey; whatever that may look like; wherever that may be.

Most importantly: It is within THE WAX BEE’s immediate, Highest and Greatest mission to reconcile our grand Community which makes up Turtle Island, by pulling out and healing the bad medicine of the past.

As such, we are actively navigating through resistant territories which seek out against the dismantling of systemic racism, oppression, and other forms of discrimination. The work is imperative and will ultimately impact the energetic outcome and resonance of every human being for the better*.
